Welcome to Silver Owl Marketing Ltd., a trading name of Silver Owl Marketing Ltd., “We”, “Our”, or “Us”. These Terms of Services (the “Terms”, “TOS”, or “Agreement”) are a contract between Us and You (“You” or “Your”) and govern Your use of Our websites and all of the Services We offer. We provide various websites, marketing solutions, and products for Our customers and partners, including but not limited to the following, each part of the Services We offer: AI websites, loyalty apps, SEO, PPC, social posting, content creation, CRM systems, and other digital marketing products and services. You may use the Services for Your personal, commercial, or internal business use, as long as You comply with this Agreement.

You may be introduced to third-party services, products, offers, and promotions. If You decide to use these services, You are responsible for reviewing their terms and conditions and acknowledge that the third party is responsible for performance.
We rely on certain information from third parties, and We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such data.
It is Your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and directives regarding the use of the Site and Services.

LICENSES
Your Grant of Licenses to Us: By accessing the Sites or using a Service, You grant Silver Owl Marketing Ltd. a worldwide, royalty-free, transferrable, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting Your website(s), and storing it on Our servers. This license lasts as long as You are Our customer.

By submitting Content for inclusion on Our Sites, You grant Silver Owl Marketing Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license (with the right to sub-license) to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such Content for any purpose, including sharing or promoting Silver Owl Marketing Ltd. or a Service.

You grant Us the right to use Your personal information such as name, email, and website link to credit You for the Content You’ve created.

We do not claim ownership of the content submitted for inclusion on Your website or Your clients’ websites. You are responsible for all Content that You upload, post, or make available via Our Services. We are not responsible for any loss or irrecoverable Content through use of the Services.

We do not pre-screen Content, but We may refuse, move, or delete any Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at Our discretion. We may preserve or disclose Content as necessary to comply with legal processes or protect Our rights and those of others.

REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
To use some functions of the Services, You will need to register and provide certain information, such as Your name, email address, company name, and website URL ("Registration Data"). By using the Services, You agree to provide accurate and current Registration Data and to maintain its confidentiality.

You are responsible for all activities under Your Registration Data. We may suspend or terminate Your account if You provide inaccurate or inappropriate information, or for breaches of this Agreement.

PRICING, PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, AND TAXES
By using the Services, You agree to pay all associated fees. Silver Owl Marketing Ltd. reserves the right to adjust pricing for its Services at any time and will make reasonable efforts to notify You of pricing changes.

All fees, including setup or annual fees, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Products that are not paid as one-time fees are paid for on a monthly or annual basis. Failure to pay these fees will result in the product being switched off.

For SEO services, a minimum 6-month contract is required to ensure commitment to the work, as significant upfront work is undertaken.
For PPC services, a minimum 3-month contract is required. Payments for these services are made on a monthly basis. Clients may cancel their services anytime after the contract period, provided they give a 30-day notice.

You are responsible for the payment of any taxes applicable to Your use of the Services.

USER CONDUCT
You may access and use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You agree to abide by all local, state, national, and international laws and not engage in illegal or prohibited activities. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, using the Site for fraudulent, obscene, or illegal activities, interfering with others’ use of the Site, and infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Site and Services is also subject to Our Privacy Policy, which informs You of Our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information. By using the Site and Services, You consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
